I am using my new Elite Chef nut milk bag to strain the water out of cauliflower. I like to make a healthy pizza crust using cauliflower instead of flour to cut down on carbs. After boiling and ricing the cauliflower ..you really need to strain out the water so the “crust” browns and you can pick it up like regular pizza. This worked great for that. Last time I had to squeeze out the water in a dishtowel. It is made of a nylon with reinforced seams. It has a drawstring to hang and tighten over different size containers. It is very easy to clean. Turned it inside out and washed with warm water and a small ant of soap. Rinsed well and hung to dry. Have not tried to make nut milk yet but there is a basic recipe that comes with the bag and a web site to get bonus recipes , discounts on your next purchase, you can also get dibs on new products for only a dollar. I got this as part of a chefs package to try along with the cheese slicer, whisk and apple corer. I received this product for free.
